Today I’m sharing with you my third and last PL spread using Citrus Twist July Pocket Life kit – Sunkissed and PL Embellishment kit – Hello Sun.
My PL spread tends to contain lots of photos. And on top of that, we had a 3 days 2 nights staycation at our famous little island – Sentosa, celebrating the husband’s birthday. Gosh, it was such a challenge to keep the number of photos under control! And since I had no intention to create a mini album on this getaway of ours, Project Life works for me.
After much planning and selection of photos, I decided to use the multiple flaps technique to increase the card space in order to accommodate the many photos.
Viola, here’s the full spread of my week 25 – displaying lots of blue, showcasing the sun, the sea and the sand. It was a fun-filled and wonderful week! I couldn’t say more at just how prefect the papers by Simple Stories were. Every piece of supplies goes so well together and I love this July kits to bits!
I was invited to be Citrus Twist’s July guest designer and I got to play with a box filled with assorted brands (mostly of my favorites) of supplies!
Citrus Twist is a sassy kit club where they put together crafting kits and deliver them to your doorstep on a monthly basis. That’s just so cool and of great help – especially so for some of us who does Project Life (PL). And speaking from my past experience on my PL documenting journey, it has always been a struggle to keep up and stay current. To date, I’m 70% done with year 2013 and a few weeks into 2014… Eeek! OMG! What a horror!
Within a week, I have completed 2 weeks of my PL spread! Yay! Btw, I’m currently in love with big photos in my spreads (with the intention of no straining of my eyesight many years down the road when I flip through my albums kekeke).
Here’s my share on my latest spreads – nothing fancy but I’m so glad I’m done with 2 weeks of memories keeping. ;D
